Unable to access Unleashed app

When I try to use the Unleashed app on my Apple device, I am unable to get in. I logged in using 192.168.xxxxx and it says access is “pending”. How do I resolve this. R510 AP and Poe switch.

Update. I now have access to the app. I don’t know what changed but now it works.
