Please note the latest AP FW version currently suitable for Cloud APs to be 110.x.y
As mentioned in the previous answers, reset the AP and flash the AP with the latest FW. Add S/N to cloud and give it a couple of minutes the AP cloud discovery process to complete before it is shows active on the Cloud dashboard.
