HI.
Is it a known bug that ZD cannot connect to SCI if the password contains the special character "#"?
ex. If a password of SCI is 12345678$, ZD cannot connect to SCI.
Otherwise, if the password is 12345678# or 12345678@, a connection is good.
(I didn't know about the others.)
Does anyone know about this?

Jeronimo,
May I know the ZD firmware version?
I would suggest you opening a support case with us to check if this is an issue on the ZD side.

Hi anusha.
Nice to meet you again.
If I open a case, do I open about ZD or SCI?

Thank you, Jeronimo. Hope you are doing fine.
Please open a case for ZD and specify the problem with SCI in the case description.
