unable to CLI even serial connections

even when serial connected after entering password, I get CLI_SHELL_FAILED:SCP_HDLR-Task ITC_init, itc_err[27]
so far only solution is to power off/on
Firmware 10.0.10aT253

Anyone else have this issue?

This may or may not be a known issue. Please upgrade to 10.0.10c for now and see if that resolves your issue. There is also a 10.0.10c_cd1 being released in a few days. Once that is available, please move to it. Please let us know how it looks after the code upgrade.
