unable to CLI even serial connections

even when serial connected after entering password, I get CLI_SHELL_FAILED:SCP_HDLR-Task ITC_init, itc_err[27]so far only solution is to power off/onFirmware 10.0.10aT253Anyone else have this issue? Craig
