Good afternoon Ruckus forum

Nice to greet you, I have a specific question about the technology that Cisco handles called virtual stackwise, in RUCKUS we have something similar? Also consider which switch models we can perform virtual stacking on.

I appreciate the support

Hi Chava,

We have  our own stacking and it is not same as Cisco, as we can form stack on ICXs.

It is irrelevant as I doubt Cisco virtual stacking will interoperate with non Cisco Switches.

But yes we do support stacking.

Please check link below for our stack features:

fROM THE GUIDE :

Stacking

A stack is a group of devices that operate as a single chassis.

A Ruckus stack contains from two to 12 units configured in a ring or linear topology. The units in a stack are from the same model family; that is, a stack can be an ICX 7150 stack, an ICX 7250 stack, an ICX 7450 stack, an ICX 7650 stack, an ICX 7750, or an ICX 7850 stack.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
