stacking over copper ICX 7250

hello All,

can we do a stacking  if we connect copper transceiver to uplink port on ICX7250-48P-2X10G ??

Hi Amjad,

The Ruckus certified 10G-BASE-TX RJ-45 optic (10G-SFPP-TX-A) cannot be used for stacking. 

Passive and active copper DAC cables are available and can be used for stacking.

Also be aware that 10Gb RJ45 optics have high power consumption and generate high temperatures, so it may not be possible to run 2x of these modules side-by-side.

What is the transceiver type/model been used for stacking ? 
'show media' o/p will help.
