Hi Ayleth, 
-the switch is connected to an router provided by ATT (if Iโ€™m understanding correctly). 
-no recent powers outage to my knowledge 
-it is affecting the connection. 
 
I have recently unplugged it for 10 minutes and plugged it back up (x2).
