Switch not working

Switch is red and pending on the app. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ayleth, 
-the switch is connected to an router provided by ATT (if I’m understanding correctly). 
-no recent powers outage to my knowledge 
-it is affecting the connection. 
 
I have recently unplugged it for 10 minutes and plugged it back up (x2).

I’m not home at the moment. But it’s been connected the same for 3 yrs now. This is the second time I’ve had this issue. It just the first time I didn’t lose the IP address.
