Switch not working

Switch is red and pending on the app. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ayleth, 
-the switch is connected to an router provided by ATT (if I’m understanding correctly). 
-no recent powers outage to my knowledge 
-it is affecting the connection. 
 
I have recently unplugged it for 10 minutes and plugged it back up (x2).

Thank you for using the forum. 

It looks like the switch lost the ip address and that's probably why is showing in red. 

-Can you please share with us how are things connected? For example, is the switch connected to a router directly? 
-Have you recently had a power outage?
-Is this affecting your connection?

Hi @LetsGetIt

Is the router connected to the management port on the switch? Or is it connected in one of the other ports? Can you please share with us a picture of how are things connected?
