SWITCH ICX 7150 ONLY SHOWS OS> PROMPT VIA CLI

Hi, I recently tried to connect to a ICX 7150 model via CLI using Putty console, and the swtich does not shows the regular prompt with the format: switch_name> instead it shows: OS> prompt with an error message. ERROR_ICX7150.jpg

Hi @carlos_franco     

In order to fix this you have to perform a software recovery.
