Greetings
I have moved to a Lennar House and it has a Ruckus ICX7150-C12P switch and two APs connected with ethernet cables.
I saw the configure.me network and downloaded the unleash app. I tried to make the configuration by putting a custom network name and my own password but the network disappeared and I have not returned it to view.
I did the factory reset of the switch, pressing the reset button for 10sec while unplugging it and plugged in from the power but I have not seen the configure.me network again.
The switch shows the green lights but the APs have a solid yellow light. Try to connect a device to the switch but they don't receive internet.
