I have an ICX7150-C12P that isn’t booting properly. When I connect to it via the serial console, I get errors like:
I’ve already tried a lot of things. I did a factory reset many times, definitely more than the 10–15 times suggested. I also tried pressing 'B' during boot to enter the boot prompt, but it didn't work. I can’t type any commands, so I can’t even attempt a firmware recovery.
I tested different cables too, including an RJ45 to RJ45 cable, and switched between a laptop running Windows and a Linux desktop, but nothing changed. Just to be sure, I also plugged it into different power outlets and tried different power cables, but that didn’t help either.
I'd like to know if it's fixable.

Thank you for your post, based on the info shared it seems this unit is experiencing a boot failure, however, if we cannot enter any commands and non of the steps you have tried worked, then I think is time to consider an RMA.

I am sorry. This switch isn’t from a Lennar Home setup—I must have misunderstood. Since most of the info I found about the ICX7150-C12P pointed me here, I thought this was the right place to ask.
