ICX7150-48P-4X1G Fan Speed Keep Changing Every Few Minutes

Hi, I wonder if anyone have a similiar problem.

My ICX-7150-48P Switch fan speed keep chancing for some reason. There's nothing abnormal about the configuration, since I have another Switch that basically have the same configuration (other than IP address and stuff, of course). I try to use fanless-mode but the temperature rise around shutdown level which is kinda worries me.

I've looked at a similar topics in here which able to fix the problem by upgrading the firmware. I tried to upgrade them to the latest one (08095) but the problem still persists. You can see the logs below.

I would be really grateful if anybody can guide me of what to check or what to do. Thanks in advance.
