I had a sudden power outage, and after rebooting the switch is not supplying power on any configured ports. It is also failing to send data on one port.
I reenabled POE on the ports. I've gathered some info, but nothing about it suggested something wrong to me. Admin state is On while Oper State is Off.

Hi Intropy
Ack and Noted. You are right 6450 is end of life. You can log a support case to validate warranty and check if you can get a RMA for the device. Troubleshooting support would not be available if no contract but try to validate switch hardware warranty.
Team will help you with the details and accordingly proceed.
Thanks

Hi Intropy
Thank you for for reaching us
Ack and Noted. I suppose the commands are not running since switches are on 8030u version. Since we are not seeing any error , it would be difficult to say if this is a hardware issue.
Try to move the PoE device on ports which show up "Off" . Enable PoE and note if the PoE is working on few ports and if it fails to work few ports or it is the same issue with all ports.
I suppose this could be a hardware failure if you notice few ports are working when same PoE device is connected and few don't on the same switch.
If you are looking for RMA please feel free to log a case with us using the below link
Thanks

I disabled POE on all ports, then I enabled it on a different set of four ports, 1/1/31-1/1/34. These were not in use, and I have never enabled POE on them in the past. They showed the same behavior as the original set of ports. They did not power any POE devices and showed up with admin state "on" and oper state "off".

Would an RMA case be different from a support case? I opened a support ticket before posting in this forum, and there I was told that "ICX6450 is now announced to be 'End of Support'" so they could not help.
