I have spent a considerable amount of time troubleshooting and browsing technical documents around SNMP settings and configuration and cannot come to a conclusion of why I am experiencing this issue. I have just over 50 switches from various generations and models and all of them work without issue except the 8200-C08PF. I have 12 of them in production and only 1 has working SNMP. I have tried factory resetting them, upgrading and downgrading firmware, even cloning the working switch’s config. They simply do not respond with SNMP. We currently use Auvik for our network monitoring and have not seen any issues with any other devices, yet it claims the switches aren't running SNMP or port is unavailable. I have also resorted to using the Paessler SNMP Tester to verify and these switches simply fail to respond. All of these C08PF are running the same firmware versions as of this moment. Below is an output of a few things to put some context of what I am seeing.

Hi Mbrock
Thank you for reaching us.
From the problem description, it appears that the issue is related to a specific switch, model 8200-C08PF, which is not responding to SNMP requests.
Based on the data provided, it seems likely that the problem may be due to an incorrectly configured community string.
0 bad versions, 1361007 bad community names
0 bad community uses, 0 asn parse errors, 0 memory errors
I recommend further isolating the issue by first attempting to modify the community string. If the problem persists, proceed with a hop-by-hop isolation approach to verify whether the switch is responding to SNMP polls from the SNMP server.
