ICX 7450 copy config by SNMP

Hello, i have ICX 7450-48 with firmware SPR08030u.bin and ICX 7450-24 with firmware SPR08095j.bin. In oldest firmware i can copy config over TFTP by this command:

snmpset -v 2c -c <community> 192.168.0.1 1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.2.1.65.0 i 1 1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.2.1.8.0 s switch-config.cfg 1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.2.1.66.0 x C0A80002 1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.2.1.9.0 i 20

With newer firmware, the command returns the usual responses, but the file is not actually sent to the TFTP server. If I enter the "copy startup-config tftp" server command directly in the switch, the file is sent correctly. Is there any difference between these firmwares regarding this?

I understand that in SPR08095J.BIN you are not able to copy config over TFTP, but in SPR08030u you are able to .

I have a question for you here :

Since the MIB vary from one firmware to another are using the correct MIB for firmware SPR8095J.
