We currently have installed a Draytek Vigor 2952, 9x Ruckus ICX 7150 and a Ruckus ZD1200 with 9 Ruckus R510 access points.
The Sonos units are in VLAN9 with the Crestron touch panels and we're trying to get the Sonos units to play from VLAN5 which is the "Owner" VLAN. The VLANS are set up and working just fine, the only problem we have is with Sonos. Any ideas or pointers why can't we see the Sonos units from VLAN5 ?
Thank you,

Hi tried the above but it's not working for me.
I've set "no qos directed-multicast" and "qos directed-threshold 0" on both wlan networks: (1) the wlan that the Sonos devices are connected to and (2) the wlan that the controller app is connected to.
Network overview and usage:
- Sonos devices are connected on a segmented vlan 40 network / 2.4ghz wlan network for IoT devices.
- Sonos "app" is on my phone connected to my main network on vlan 20 / 5ghz wlan
- I'm trying to cast music (airplay) from Apple Music app on phone -> any of my Sonos devices
- Bonjour service in Unleashed is enable and ACL rules on the ICX switch are configured correctly.
- I can see the Sonos bonjour messages on VLAN 20 and the speakers appear as options to send music to when trying to AirPlay.
Outcome:
- When I try to cast from phone to Sonos, I select any of the Sonos devices and the music attempts to play on the Sonos device but no audible output is heard.
- Conversely, if I try the same thing but select my HomePod mini instead of a Sonos device -> it works!
- This leads me to believe the network is configured correctly in terms of vlan / Bonjour traffic. But something is specifically preventing Sonos devices from working.
Summary: what doesn't work
Apple Music App on phone (vlan 20/5ghz wlan SSID A) casting to -> any of my Sonos devices on (vlan 40/2.4ghz wlan SSID B) network . The music will attempt to play on the Sonos speaker but no output is heard.
Summary: what works
Apple Music App on phone (vlan 20/5ghz wlan/SSID A) casting to -> HomePod mini on (vlan 40/2.4ghz wlan SSID B) network
