I have a zonedirector 3000 and 7363 access points, how do I setup the AP's to be managed by the zone director? The access points are on a seperate subnet

I do not see the application window in the dashboard.

In my dashbord let's see the application window in several of my controllers.Could someone help me with it because this happens?It has to do something with the java version, and what version will it have to have?
