Hi Yusup,

Please do a client packet capture on AP, play those games and see what port it is using and block them on your firewall or create a Application denay policy ACL for those ports and this should slow them for a while, but if VPN tunnel is used by the user then they may over come this for which you can block tunnels as well if it is feasible for you.

Not sure if you can do this at the controller level, you might need a "layer 7" firewall or a DNS filtering system like Cisco Umbrella. I'm no expert, I'd love to hear if this is possible in SmartZone
