Hi everyone, I'm really hoping for your help because this is driving me crazy) I'll try to describe the problem in detail.
I received a Ruckus r610 from another user. I reset it to factory settings, but I can't get into the web panel.
I have manually entered the Ip address, connected to the network “configure me” and tried to activate it through the application on my phone, but all to no avail. It feels like it's not resetting to factory settings.
P.S. For some reason the “configure me” network asks for a password, and the password is the serial number of the device.
Can you please advise me how I can solve this problem! Thanks in advance!

It seems like your Ruckus R610 may not be fully resetting, or there could be an issue with the factory reset process. Try holding the reset button for 10-15 seconds until the device restarts to ensure a proper reset.
