Cannot change Ruckus Forum user associated email

Hello,

I attempted to change my account alias (which is my email) address. Done this is on account properties page and have got confirmation email. However, next time when I try to log in, new email does not work - I can use OLD ONE, tho!

From the case description, I understand that you are attempting to update the email address associated with your account. While you have successfully received a confirmation email regarding the change, it appears that you are unable to log in using the updated email address.

I would like to inform you that unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the email address on an existing account. As a solution, you may want to consider creating a new account with the desired email address.
