Can’t connect with app or web after upgrading

After I upgraded to the last version the app is giving me “login fail. Destination IP is not an Unleashed IP” and the web version is giving me “can not connect to the server” what do I do now?

Hi Miguel,

Please try to connect one laptop on same network as Unleashed. Then try to find APs IP address using any IP scanner application or using network's DHCP server.

Once you get the IP, check if you are able to ping it, if yes, try to access it on browser.

If on browser it is failing, try to SSH into it using putty or any other terminal application.
