Android 11 with Ruckus can't get IP

we have a RUCKUS ZD1200,

WLANs set Device Access Policy,find android 11 join WLANs,Unable to retrieve IP

Hi Jack,

Android 11 GA was released on September 2020 and I think your ZD is running on 9.x version which is very old. It is possible that device signature has been changed for Android 11 and ZD is unable to identify it.

Please upgrade the ZD to 10.2.1 or later version and device policy should work.

Download 10.2.1.0.192 from the below link and yes, it does supports R310.
