I have an installation , just taken over the zd1200 has gone down.
(bad FW update? ) all lights are solid
RESET->no result
F/D ->no result
I finally managed to log into one of the R500 units & issued a
"set factory" to get the web interface back
I see:
Software Version: 10.0.0.0.1424
but i cannot configure anything else.. it all says "disabled"
how can i get the network back to functioning with a dead ZD1200
going into the units separatly wont allow a config.
If i load "unleased" wil lthis fix teh problem & can i roll back when i get the ZD replaced?

Hi,
Yes, you could load the unleashed firmware on the R500s and this could be done by facotory resetting the AP and then uploading the firmware by ftp or tftp.

Hi,
Yes, it's undoable; you could upload the firmwares of standalone version of the APs and when they connect to replaced ZD.
They will be able to upgrade themselves to the version on ZD.
