Hi,
I've got a Problem with my r500.
We are using multiple r500 AP's and an ZD1200.
But one of the AP's can't connect to the Internet, To test the ap I upgraded her to the unleashed Firmware and it works, so I downgraded it again and now I can't dinf the Problem.

The R500 has the appropriate firmware (standalone or already ZD-managed required)
are they in the same VLAN?
If they're not, the DHCP server must provide in option 43 the ZD address, without it the AP will never reach it (due to it doesn't know where it is)

can you verify that the DHCP server is offer an address to the AP?
I just really want to think to the wired-part configuration.
Did you tried to replace with other AP in operatiion?
This is a good advice to define the root of problem.

Yes DHCP offers an address
The other AP`s are working no matter where i put them.
I tried to assignn a static IP-Adddress but the AP doesnt use the IP
It always says that the AP has an 169.254.X.X IP-Address
