hi everyone,

i have outdoorT610, was working fine so when I left company for some days off, the operations team have accident when them trying cut the tree...the tree dropped to device T610, device is looking fine. so there problem with t AP is working after 15 min the system is freezing.

i had to remove from ZD 1200,change firmware with standalone unleashed , hardreset,  and

the issues still persist.

please someone help with other idea or support

If there was some hardware damage happened to the device, I don't think there is any way to fix it, except replace it.

If you have support on the AP, please open a case and request for the replacement. Support will also be able to check if issue is not related to the hardware but something else.
