Hello Community,
Some of our Mac users are reporting wi-fi difficulties after updating to macOS Sierra 10.12. The most common wireless networking problems seem to be either randomly dropping wi-fi connections or an unusually slow or delayed wi-fi experience after updating. Sometimes they can't connect at all.
We are using Ruckus r500 AP's version 9.12.1.0.148
and an ZD1200 version 9.12.1.0 build 148
The Mac's we are using are Macbook pro retina 13 from 2014

see this --> https://forums.ruckuswireless.com/ruckuswireless/topics/osx-clients-connected-to-ap-but-not-passing-...
AFAIK- there is a workaround where by enabling Proxy ARP on WLAN which might help
