I have 4-5 ipads in my company. in the department I have installed 10 ruckus t310s. Unfortunately it happens that when using a remote desktop connection app, if the iPad goes into standby it takes a long time before it reconnects. Thank you

1. APs are managed by controller or in stand alone mode?
2. What are the WLAN settings?
3. Are you facing this issue with other clients as well, like Android, Windows, etc?
4. If this is a managed AP network, please enable proxy arp in WLAN advanced settings.
