i have 5 nos r510s to be configured as unleashed.cant get access to ap,green lite keeps blinking

i have 5 nos r510s to be configured as unleashed.i connnected first one through poe port but green lite not getting steady, its continuously blinking.how do i proceed not getting access to ap

Just factory reset the AP using the reset button and follow this video on how to setup unleash:
