ap 310 is up...but none seen in controller

i got problem with R310 ap...all server/controller ip already put via putty...after the ap is up...i cannot see it in my zone controller...other r310 working fine.. ..only this 3 ap is problem attach the pic below..pls help...

i will update tomorrow...using putty...but as i mention...if the ap already joining the dhcp server...i cannot use super and sp-admin for password...how ya ?

Even if the AP receives an IP from DHCP, it should be accessible via SSH and default credentials (unless it joins controller and config updated)

if that the case...i think the ap already join the controller...but cannot see ap  apperead on staging zone or other group zone..and the light of ap become static on 2 light on power and ctl light

hi...it will become like this....the light is static mean it already got dhcp...but i cannot see it in controller in staging zone....pls help...and also cannot login to putty using super and sp-admin
