ap 310 is up...but none seen in controller

i got problem with R310 ap...all server/controller ip already put via putty...after the ap is up...i cannot see it in my zone controller...other r310 working fine.. ..only this 3 ap is problem attach the pic below..pls help...

- Are there sufficient AP licenses in vSZ?
- Do you see any events/alarms in vSZ for AP MAC which is not joining?

Please share output of below commands via AP CLI/SSH:

get version
get rpki-cert issuer
get syslog log

the license are ok..enought for all AP

- Do you see any events/alarms in vSZ for AP MAC which is not joining?
pls guide me to check alarm..coz this ap is not connected to controller...controller ver is 5.2.1.0.515

cannot do get version...get rpki-cert issuer.....get syslog log...coz i cannot login to web portal after i connected to dhcp server...can do if i reset the AP...
