The power to our house was disconnected for 1 minute. Ever since then the ruckus wifi does not work. I can connect directly to the router just fine. All the lights on the switch and the access points are green, except for the PoE light on the back of one of the access points. When I attempt to “manage my network” in the unleaded app it tells me that I’m not connected to an unleashed network when I am indeed connected to the appropriate one.
please help me figure out why the wifi is not broadcasting? Everything was working just fine until the power was briefly disconnected to the house.

Do you still see the WiFi SSID being broadcast ? You can try resetting the network by following below :
