Hi.

I have recieved complaint from customer and partner's SE.

The complaint is that they feel frequently disconnecting internet connnection.

They are using dhcp and nat on R710 with standalone ver 104.x.

Then I have search support info and found some msg.

The MSG is below. ( .....table full, dropping packet.)
Image_ images_messages_5f91c3e8135b77e2478dacec_e006eb0e8e3c6d5c5a9257f200bb03a9_RackMultipart2017083170257155b-ee7961b9-b2d6-4157-a696-b515bbbadb63-207582148.PNG1504144481

Maybe this is what caused disconnecting and dropping internet connection.

Additionally, WE can also see below msg.

Aug 31 02:08:31 Tamna_Lib_Wifi2 daemon.err mDNSClientPosix: mDNSPlatformSendUDP got error 1 (Operation not permitted) sending packet to 224.0.0.251 on interface 192.168.40.1/br1/29

Hi AndiT.

They are using only standalone AP working DHCP(local subnet) and NAT.

The AP's CPU is very low.

Regards.

Was there a fix to this? I am currently getting this error as well with a mesh system. "user.warn kernel".

That was two years ago...

The summary of Jeronimo's ticket was that AP in NAT mode can only have so many open sockets, and many clients making lots of connections (like multiple web pages each) can use up all the sockets.
The recommendation is to use Bridge mode, or controller/Unleashed management.
You could also try our latest 110.x Solo AP firmware for R710 APs.
