Hi.

I have recieved complaint from customer and partner's SE.

The complaint is that they feel frequently disconnecting internet connnection.

They are using dhcp and nat on R710 with standalone ver 104.x.

Then I have search support info and found some msg.

The MSG is below. ( .....table full, dropping packet.)
Image_ images_messages_5f91c3e8135b77e2478dacec_e006eb0e8e3c6d5c5a9257f200bb03a9_RackMultipart2017083170257155b-ee7961b9-b2d6-4157-a696-b515bbbadb63-207582148.PNG1504144481

Maybe this is what caused disconnecting and dropping internet connection.

Additionally, WE can also see below msg.

Aug 31 02:08:31 Tamna_Lib_Wifi2 daemon.err mDNSClientPosix: mDNSPlatformSendUDP got error 1 (Operation not permitted) sending packet to 224.0.0.251 on interface 192.168.40.1/br1/29

Hello, I have never seen this error but it seems weird to me that it says "sending packet to 224.0.0.251 on interface 169.254.1.1/br14/33" and is because the IPs. The controller is receiven and IP through DHCP or it use a static address?

Have you check the CPU and number of connections that is having the AP?

Hi Jeronimo,

Are they running IPv6 by any chance?  We have a bug AP-3347: Solo AP 104.0.0.0.1347 - IPV6 nDNS, AP not discovered on same IPV6 subnet
when I searched on "registration:594".
My searches on "nf_conntrack table full, dropping packet" did not hit on any Solo AP issues, only old ZD 9.8 or gaming application drops on 9.5 w/local DHCP.
If they are using IPv6, would you please open a trouble ticket with our Tech Support:  https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us

Hi Michael.

Is messages below related ipv6?

registration:594 Failed to init socket! ret:6 url:
communicatorInit:329 Call 'getWSGServerUrl()' failed, ret:6/url not found

Does ":6" mean ipv6?

And Could I recieved details about "bug AP-3347"?

Thanks and Regards.
Jeronimo
