We have R760 AP and SZ144 controller need info on POE

Currently our R760 are running in low power mode (30w max power from Cisco 9200).   We are aware of the low power mode "restrictions/limitations".   However, we wanted to know if we did decide to add POE injectors to some of the APs, will there be issues with some being on low power mode and other APs that are receiving full power while being in the same zone?

If so, what are the issues?

Thought about creating two zones, but that configuration is not ideal for our environment.

Any thoughts, let me know.

Hello,

Please refer the below datasheet for the R760 APs and their power requirements.

There will be no such issue to put POE-injector powered APs into the same zone. We only need to make sure that AP supports the firmware version that is applied on the zone.
