Unleashed AP Constantly Pinging Apple's Domains

Hi,

I have a two R510 Ruckus Unleashed system, and the master AP is constantly (literally every minute) doing DNS lookups for a whole bunch of Apple domains, primarily related to captive portals.

These domains include:

captive.apple.com
captive.g.aaplimg.com
captive-cidr.origin-apple.com.akadns.net

I have over 4,881 queries from my master AP to these domains in less than a 24-hour period. It is becoming infuriating, and I have verified that this has absolutely nothing to do with actual Apple devices; I removed *all* Apple devices from the network, and the issue persists. The source of the DNS queries is the Master AP, NOT any end-user devices.

I'd really like to know why a Ruckus product is so intent on reaching out to Apple's servers.

I am not the first one here to post concerns of this nature, but I haven't found any answers. What is going on? How can this be reported to Ruckus?
