Unable to Login to R300 Access Point via a Browser (Access Point Controlled by Zone Director)

Prior to replacing my faulty ZD1200 with a new one, I used to be able to login into my R300 access points using a browser.  Now I am unable to do so.  Is there a configuration on ZD1200 that can allow browser login onto the R300 to check log files?

R300 & ZD1200 are all on software version 10.1.2.0.318

Hi Amit,

You can easly collect AP log file from ZD.

Download the desired AP support logs from ZD.

If you wish to enable AP web, please SSH into the AP and run below commands.

set http enable

set https enable

This is default behavior of the APs when they are managed by a ruckus controller.

You had previously older version on ZD. From some version WEB UI is disabled on AP, when managed by controller. And you actually never need web UI when you have controller...

Hi Amit,

otherwise

To solve this issue just need to reset  first AP and then you will be able to access AP using Gui. you will need to connect AP to laptop.
