Ruckus Wireless ZoneFlex 7782 does not reply to any ping and second one does not allow admin access

We have 2 of the Ruckus Wireless ZoneFlex 7782's access points and one unit does not reply to any ping and the second one does not allow admin access. What can we do to solve this issue?

Can anyone provide some suggestions?

Have you performed a factory reset on the APs? It is easy to do this, there is a reset button located next to the RJ45 PoE Out port, that needs to be held down for 10-15 seconds, whilst the AP is powered-up.

If you have already tried this and the results are the same, then it may be that the hardware is faulty.

For the AP that is refusing adding access, try a different browser, I have seen instances where Firefox doesn't allow log-in, even with factory-reset credentials.

To add to Darrel's suggestions, check if you are able to SSH into the second AP and see if HTTP and HTTPS is enabled or not.

get http

get https

To enable it, run below commands

set http enable

set https enable
