Ruckus R510 doesn’t accept connections

Hello,

I have a R510 AP and it doesn’t allow connections, the power light is solid green and the CTL light is flashing green, it gets a IP but can’t ssh and can’t connect through https. I’ve tried multiple factory resets and different cables but nothing is working.

From your description, it seems that the AP is faulty and you can replace the AP through RMA.
