Ruckus Access Point not detected in controller

Ruckus Access Point detected in switch but not detected in SmartZone controller.

Ruckus AP model: H500

AP Mac: 38ff36-1d2910

AP Mac: 38ff36-207010 

SmartZone 100 version: 3.6.2.0.250

VLAN 101 is WLAN Management

The Remaining VLAN are for conference, IPTV and so on.

We already tried factory default reset and soft reset but still AP not detected in controller
