Ruckus 1100 and 7363 not working in new to me home.

I bought a house that has a ruckus 1100 zone thing and I think 4 7363.  I can’t get it to work. Any ideas?

Hello,

Are the devices reachable on the network when powered on? i.e do they respond to ping request?

If the ZD1100 is responding to pings, please try and login to the device https://<ip address of ZD1100> from a web browser (preferably firefox). Kindly login and check whether the four 7363 access points are seen on the ZD1100, as online or offline.
