I have a T350 outdoor access point that I am having an issue with: I am trying to log into the access point and I can't get into the UI from a webpage and I can't get into the unit using ssh. I have tried to factory default the unit with the reset button on the access point, but it doesn't factory reset or if it is the default username and password is not working when I ssh into the unit. The web UI will load for about 30 seconds where it says its building the unleashed network about after that you can't access the access point from the UI at all.
