Registering R550 to Smartzone 100

Hi, 

Does any share the similar experience where having difficulties in registering R550 to Smartzone 100?

R550 solo firmware version: 114.0.0.0.1432

Smartzone 100 version: 5.2.1.0.515.

It seems the R550 unable to find the Smartzone controller after set scg ip stage.

Get scg display: CONN_GET_ADDR_STATE

Ping to Smartzone 100 is ok. 

Tried using R310 as testing, no issue in connecting to controller.

R310 immediately join to the controller after factory reset.

Just a thought are you an the same vlan?

What mechanism are you using for controller discovery?  DHCP option 43, DNS, manual?
