R510 Default login not working after hard reset

Hello

After completing a factory reset on my AP 510 I cannot access the unleashes app while connected to Configure.Me. I am using the workaround for iOS users and I was able to find the APs IPAddress but I cannot login to unleashes with any combination of the default logins/passwords.

Hi @jgold422 

physical as well as CLI mode. Seems AP hasnt been able to complete it or it would had gone to the default setting.

Is there a way to do a factory reset on the R510 via the Ruckus switch?

Hi Team,
I have a similar issue.  I am trying to do a factory reset.  It seems to go through the reset but the SSID only broadcasted a few times, then no longer will broadcast.  Also when I was able to connect to the SSID from my cell, I noticed that the IP was not set to the factory IP.

 

AP can be defaulted from AP itself either by physical button or the CLI mode. If there is a DHCP set on network AP would get DHCP IP after FD from the network.
