One of my R510 APs power light is stuck on red. I have followed these instructions and it continues to stay red.

Hi there,

You can only get replacement if you have purchased this AP from authorized RUCKUS Partner or reseller.

For the same, please open a Support case and our team should be able to help (if device is purchased from an authorized reseller/partner).
