R500 short-term disconnection from the network

Andriy

Hello.
There are three R500 points in the network. Connected to Mikrotik POE. There is a short-term dump of one of the points (2-4 packages). If you turn it off, this problem appears on the second point. If you disable the second point, the problem appears on the third point.

The problem was found.
One of the connected clients (device) had a problem. Just turned it off and the problem went away.

The problem was narrowed down. Some device running 2.4 is causing problems. By turning off the power supply to the offices, the range of devices was narrowed down.

Hello, Andriy.

Can you make sure the R500s are in the latest version?

Hello @Andriy

If you can confirm other APs in the same area and the same configuration work perfectly on the 2.4 GHz and also the affected user has been tested in the 2.4 GHz band in other APs and the client works fine, then we could suspect there is damage in the 2.4 GHz radio. Please contact RUCKUS TAC for further assistance.
