Hi Issac,
Since you have updated the firmware, I am assuming that you were able to access AP in past. Is that correct?
Please try to factory reset again and use below credentials.

Hi Issac,
Is there a controller in the network? Are you sure factory reset was done correctly.
Push and hold the reset button for 12 or more seconds and release it, wait for few minutes and try access the AP.
What error you are getting when you try to SSH or try to access from browser?
Regards,
Syamantak Omer

Hi Issac,
I believe you are using the default credentials as username: super and password: sp-admin.
If yes, I hope you have done the factory reset by pressing the "reset" button for 10-12 seconds before releasing the button.
If still having the issue, it is better to try using a different browser\PC just to make sure that the cache is not causing the issue?
If the issue still persists, please contact our support.
