Hi a all,
Today I tryed to access to the AP but the pwd results not correct.
It's two moths from my last access. Also the recovery email not match more for reset the pwd.
In the last access I take a backup configuration "Ruckus_db_062322_08_45.bak".
There is a way to give again the access or open and read the backup file configuration?? .....without reset all

If you open a support case then they can definitely pull the user/pass out of a backup for you.
If Ruckus won't help because you're not the original buyer then ask on the ServeTheHome forums, where someone will definitely help.

Yes admin password can be recovered from either of debug or backup file. Please share the same to extract.
