R310 gui password

hello...after update the latest firmware..i cannot log in to web gui admin..pls help...before this can user username : super and password : sp-admin...after update i cannot use this password anymore..pls guide me..thnks

already can connect using CLI..but cannot enter password as sp-admin...login failed...pls help

hello @wanji 

you have entered the wrong user-name, super will be username not the admin.

You have to entered the user name- super and password as sp-admin.
